3D Printing Services
At Accelerated Electronics we offer SLA 3D printing services at very competitive rates. We only use premium resins to print top quality parts. The results are highly detailed and extremely durable. These productions make great prototypes and can be used as master parts for casting.
Injection Molding
For production quality plastics manufacturing we employ low pressure injection molding. This method uses a rigid mold body and can include silicon inserts to cast parts with features that would otherwise be impossible using other methods.
Material hardness can vary from soft foams and rubbers to rigid plastics. Because of the low temperatures involved, this method is an excellent choice for over-molded products.
